There are many ways to approach your core. We use the body in yoga class with poses (asana). Meditation allows us to turn our attention inward. Therapeutic interventions provide understanding and healing. This is the difference between feeling your feelings and thinking your feelings and experience! There is often an experience of deep rest. Your natural intelligence is accessed and supported. A session or series of sessions can inspire movement toward a life lived with ease and passion. This simple and profound practice can plant a seed that continues to bear fruit after the session has ended. You can inquire into an existing question/belief or allow the session to be directed by that moment. It is truly amazing to see "problems” dissolve with no change needed on the outside.
